By getting a show with me you agree
-To have an alternate messenger such as skype or eyeball chat I am not responsible for yahoo messenger freezes and jumpy video quality
-You are over the age of 18
- I do not in any way handle or keep you credit card information. you info is handled through Zombaio a secure payment processor
- You are the sole owner and user of Credit Card used to purchase your time with me
- You are aware and have made sure all info on credit card matches billing address and your name on card otherwise service will not be provided
- You have contacted me first to arrange a show
- You are present and on time for our cam appointment only a 10min grace period is given before you will have to reschedule
- This is a one time charge per show through Zombaio a secure payment processor
- At any time payment is declined, deemed fraudulent, or charged back you will be noted and blacklisted from my shows and anyone else i may know to not honor your user id or any form of ids you may have tried to get a show under.
- You are aware any and all Videos,video clips, and photo sets remain exclusive property/copyright of Jaycee Luv and is not to be resold, redistributed, or reposted without expressed written consent and permission from Jaycee Luv

-IF at any time my internet or my equipment malfunctions, or stops working during our show together your money will not be refunded however the block of time you purchased will be honored once things on my end are corrected.
